# How to create an INTMAX Wallet on your android device.
1. On your home-screen, launch the INTMAX Wallet.

2. Complete the reCAPTCHA and click "**Start INTMAX Wallet**" to create your wallet instantly.

3. A new wallet has been set up for you. You can now send and receive cryptocurrency using this wallet.

* In this state, your wallet security is weak, and can be lost.
* You must complete security verification to keep and secure your wallet.

## Security Verification

To complete security verification, tap on the yellow info message at the top of your phone screen and follow these [steps.](#complete-security-verification) Alternatively, tap on **"Settings"** from the bottom navigation bar.

5. On the settings page, under the login and security section, select **"Security Verification."**

6. Continue to register your email using either your Google or email account.
**Using Google:**
* Click on the **"Google"** button.

7. Choose a Google account you want to sign in with.
* Select the Google account you would like to sign into the INTMAX Wallet with from the list of available Google accounts displaying on your screen.
* Afterwards, follow and complete all the on-screen prompts and continue by setting up your personal passcodes [here.](#id-8.-personal-passcodes)

**Using Email:**
* Click on the **"Email"** button.

**Enter Email:**
* In this field, please input your email address.
* Click on the "***Get Code***" Button. and a code will be sent to the email address you have provided to verify your identity.

**Enter Login Code:**
* Please enter the login code sent to the email address you have provided to verify your identity.
* After you have entered the login code, click on the "***Submit Code***" Button.

## 8. Personal Passcodes

**Set up your Personal Passcodes**
* Please enter your nickname, the last four digits of your phone number, and your preferred 6 digits PIN.
* Please note: This information will be required for logging in, restoring your wallet, and adding another device. Make sure you don't forget this information.
* To continue, tick the checkmark, scroll down, and click on the "**I Remembered**" button.

9. Click on the ***"Register Passkey"*** button to proceed.
* By setting up a passkey, you can login to the INTMAX Wallet safely and speedily using biometric authentication (fingerprint or face ID).
* If an error occurs, please return to the previous screen "Register Passkey Screen" and try again.

10. Click continue to proceed and follow the prompts from your device.

11. Now you are about to set a master password, please read and tick the checkboxes for the Master Password set up essentials and then click **“*****I agree*****”.**
* Remember Your Password: Do not forget the master password you are about to set.
* Unique & Secure: Use a password that's unique to this account and store it in a secure place.
* Strength Matters: Choose a complex and unpredictable password for maximum security.

12. Set up Master password:
* Please set a master password.
* The password will be used for creating and restoring your wallet.
* After you have typed a password, Click the "***Continue***" button.
* Please enter the master password you set earlier for verification.
* To proceed, click **"*****Confirm*****"** and sign in with your biometric.

## To REGISTER WITHOUT PASSKEY: (FOR DEVICES WITHOUT BIOMETRIC ONLY!)

STEP 1: Click **“Register Passkey”.**
* **“No Passkey”** modal would appear.
* Tick the checkbox and click **“Register without passkey”.**
* Please note that, in situations requiring identity verification, you will be asked to enter the 6-digit PIN set with your personal passcodes instead of using passkey authentication.
STEP 2: Enter the Pin you set in Personal Passcodes
* Click **“*****Confirm*****”** to verify the PIN.

HURRAY!!!
YOUR WALLET IS ALL SET!!
* Check your email for a PDF backup (1st backup).
* Click the "***Download***" Button to download and store your backup file to your local storage.
* Afterwards, Tick the checkbox to confirm you have safely stored the backups.
* Click the "***Yes, I've saved them***" button to proceed.
