♻️13. How to update forgotten personal passcodes.

To complete this process, users must remember their master password. If you do not remember your master password and wish to update it click here for a comprehensive guide.

Visit - https://wallet.intmax.io and "Sign In" with either email or google

Sign in with Email

Already signed in? Click here to skip this step


  1. Continue with Email:

  • Click the "Continue with Email" button, to sign in or sign up on the INTMAX Wallet using an email service other than Google Mail. e.g (Yahoo Mail, Outlook, or iCloud Mail)


  1. Enter Email:

  • In this field, Please input your email address.

  • Click on the "Get Code" Button. and a code will be sent to the email address you have provided to verify your identity.


  1. Enter Login Code:

  • Please enter the login code sent to the email address you have provided to verify your identity.

  • After you have entered the login code, please click on the "Submit Code" Button.


Sign in with Google


  1. Sign in with Google

    • Click on the "Continue with Google" Button.

    • Please do not use private mode when creating for the first time.

    • By proceeding, you agree to our Terms and conditions, and Privacy policy.


  1. Choose a Google account you want to sign in with

  • Select the Google account you would like to sign into the INTMAX Wallet with from the list of available Google accounts in your pop up screen.


Update Personal Codes


  1. Update your Personal codes

    • On the Enter Personal Passcodes page, Click on the area circled green "Did you forget your personal passcodes?"

    Please note: This process requires that you remember your master password.


  1. Update Personal Passcodes.

    • On this page, Please enter the new personal passcodes you will like to update with

    • To proceed, click "Next"


  1. Enter your master password to confirm and click “Confirm

Please Note

  • Upon changing your personal passcodes, a backup PDF file of your wallet will be resent to you. Ensure you have access to the email associated with your wallet account.

  • You can only update personal passcodes once every 24 hours.

Now after confirmation, To restore your wallet please proceed to authenticate with your passkey or new pin set in your personal passcodes.
