#### **Q: How many transactions can I perform per day?**
A: You can perform up to 3 transactions per day using the same account. If you exceed this limit, a warning screen will appear.
#### **Q: Do I need ETH for gas fees when performing an off-ramp transaction?**
A: Yes. When conducting an off-ramp transaction, you must have ETH available in your wallet to cover gas fees, separate from the token you're exchanging. If you are exchanging ETH, ensure you leave enough ETH to pay for the gas fees.
#### **Q: Why can't I see the token I want to exchange during off-ramp?**
A: Even if you own a token, it might not appear during an off-ramp transaction unless you've imported the token beforehand.
#### **Q: Can I purchase BTC through this method?**
A: No. Please note that selectable tokens are limited to EVM-compatible chains. BTC cannot be purchased using this method.
#### **Q:** If the bank transfer fails during an off-ramp transaction from cryptocurrency to fiat, will I receive a refund?
A: Yes. If the bank transfer fails, your cryptocurrency will be refunded within approximately 48 to 72 hours. If the bank transfer has not completed after more than one hour, please check your email to confirm whether you've received a notification of the transfer failure. If you need any assistance, please create a support ticket directly via [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/N7kYGUPDEE).
#### Q: I received an error stating "External ID already exists." What should I do to resolve this?
A: Please do not press the back button in the process. If you accidentally press the back button and then attempt to proceed, the following message will appear.\

### How to Use

5. Select the token you wish to purchase and enter the amount.\
Please note that selectable tokens are limited to EVM-compatible chains. You cannot purchase BTC using this method.
6. KYC will be required, so please follow the on-screen instructions carefully. **Some details cannot be changed after selection**, so proceed cautiously.
You'll need to complete the following steps:
* Enter your personal information
* Take a photo of your ID or passport
* Perform a liveness check
* Submit proof of residence documents
7. After completing these steps, please complete the payment according to the instructions provided by the payment provider.
8. Please confirm your deposit details, click the checkbox, and then press the "Buy Now" button.
9. After pressing the button, you'll be redirected to a waiting screen. It's safe to close the website.
